It’s Monday, 7:38. The phone buzzes: “Are we on time today?” A hoodie rustles in the locker room, a child looks for the right shoe, the instructor scans the list once more. In these small, lively moments, the software stands by you — quiet, reliable, out of the way.
Zooza 3.7 was built for exactly this: less searching and admin work, more calm, and more time with students and children. Below you’ll find everything that matters — human, clear, ready to use tomorrow.
Before you dive in. What’s next after this update? In the next part of the year we’ll ship especially usability improvements and launch the PRO bundle.
What’s new at a glance in 3.7?
Attendance in the calendar: the attendance list now puts the attendee = child first; the parent is one click away.
Client Card: notes, progress, handouts — all in one place.
Trial classes: dedicated form, custom price, free/paid, 1–N days, automatic invite into a course.
Course creation: simpler setup + a checklist on every course.
Integrations:Ecomail (PRO); in RO alongside SmartBill also Oblio, in HU Számlázz.hu.
WhatsApp (PRO): official integration (META partnership), automated messages and chat inside Zooza; the pilot is limited in the number of connectable accounts, we’ll be selecting — apply.
Maps: dynamic navigation link to Google Maps for your message templates.
Forms:optional custom fields for higher conversion.
Network app: more accurate metrics, BI views, D-1 snapshots, alerts, and account creation for networks.
Web form:multistep for complex registrations.
Morning: a quick session check
Child first. In the session list, you now see the attendee — the child first. It’s a requested change, and it makes sense. Instructors work with the child. The parent and contacts are one click next to it. Why? Because at the door you need to see who is arriving for the class. Attendance, make-ups, specifics — everything moves faster.
After class: the Client Card — your little logbook
Every class leaves a trace. The Client Card keeps it: a short note, learning progress, a tip for the parent, handouts. A month later you know exactly what sparked joy and where support is needed. If a new instructor takes over the group, they don’t start from zero — the context is one click away.
“Today they engaged their core for the first time. Next time try 2×10 seconds at home.” These are the small notes that build trust.
Improved trial classes — a path to client growth
“Let’s try and see.” That’s how parents decide. That’s why trials in 3.7 are built for conversion and real life:
Dedicated form just for trials. A clean, short path for newcomers.
Custom trial price (it can differ from the regular session price).
Free or paid, one-day or multi-day in sequence.
After the trial, an automatic, friendly invite to the course — no manual chasing.
It’s not a trick, it’s a rhythm: experience → understand → join. And your data stays tidy.
Course creation: fewer questions, more certainty
We reworked how you create courses — it’s simpler and easier to read. Each course now has a checklist that shows whether payments, capacity, comms, or make-ups are ready. Works for groups, webinars, one-to-ones, corporate training, and camps.
Integrations: an open Zooza, local solutions
Alongside Mailchimp we added Ecomail (PRO). Romania: we added Oblio next to SmartBill. Hungary: integration with Számlázz.hu has been added. Pick the tool that fits your market — without detours or half-measures.
WhatsApp (PRO): messages people actually read
Official integration, META partnership. Registration confirmations, session reminders, payment nudges — automatically via WhatsApp. When a client replies, you chat right inside Zooza. Everything stays in one place.
We’re in an early phase and the number of accounts is currently limited. If you want to join the pilot, let us know — we’ll select a group of participants.
“Tap & navigate”: a link straight to Google Maps
You have multiple locations — a map might help. In the location detail in settings, mark the point on the map and Zooza generates a navigation link. Drop the dynamic token into your templates — and parents arrive without getting lost. Fewer calls, more time for kids.
Even more flexible forms: optional fields
Not everything needs to be mandatory. You can mark extra fields as optional — if the client has the info, they’ll share it; if not, they won’t get stuck. A simpler form = higher conversion.
For networks and franchises: a smarter Network app
Selected metrics now use more precise formulas. We added BI views and D-1 snapshots. You’ll see trends, gently nudge a location that needs help — it’s not punishment, but dialogue and improvement. And you can now create a new account in the network right in the app. Growth without spreadsheet detours.
When registration is complex, make it multi-step
Multistep forms (available for a while) are still worth it: with multiple children or add-ons you handle registration clearly and calmly. Bonus: it looks really good.
Getting started — a one-week plan
Open your upcoming sessions and notice the child-first view.
After a class, write one sentence on the Client Card — you’ll feel the effect in a few weeks.
Set up your trial funnel (type, price, automatic invite).
Walk through the course checklists and tick what’s ready.
Enable the integration you were missing (Ecomail / RO / HU).
Ask about the WhatsApp pilot (PRO) if you want faster communication.
Add the navigation link to your templates.
In forms, make the “nice-to-have” questions optional.
Why we care
Children’s activities are small labs of self-belief. Sometimes it clicks on the first try, sometimes on the third. Your work is precious — and software should be the quiet partner that doesn’t interrupt it, but supports it. Zooza 3.7 was built so you can teach more and explain less.
If something isn’t how you expect, tell us. The sooner we hear feedback, the faster we’ll tune your next day in the calendar.
Changelog (short & to the point)
Sessions: child first in the list; parent on click.
Client Card: notes, progress, handouts in one place.
