1. Organizer: The organizer of the competition is Zooza, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “the organizer”), with registered office at Horská 1311/12, Partizánske 958 06, ID No.: 55 083 218, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Trenčín, Section: Sro, Insert 44567/R.
2. Duration of the Competition: The competition runs from June 16, 2024 to July 31, 2024. The organizer reserves the right to extend the competition until the end of August 2024.
3. Participants: The competition is open to:

• Clients of the organizer
• Instructors of clients
• Individuals

Participants must be individuals over the age of 18.

4. Competition Rules:

Registration:

• Participants must register on the competition landing page and fill in all required information.
• Upon registration, participants will receive a unique code to share with the referred project.

Referral:

• The referred project must use the assigned code during registration.
• The referred project must contact the organizer at support@zooza.online to complete the registration.

Conditions for Receiving the Reward:

• The referred project must open an account and provide the assigned code.
• The referred project must pay an annual or three-month subscription.
• The referred project must achieve 71 registrations within 3 months.
• If the referred project don’t reach 71 signups, but more than 20, they get the equivalent of the reward from the lower package, but Participant get the full reward each time.
• Payment will be made 3 months after the project starts.
• Participants will be contacted by the organizer to provide billing information. The reward will be paid based on the invoice or other agreed method.

5. Rewards:

• Each participant who meets the competition conditions will receive a reward of €150.
• The referred project that meets the competition conditions will also receive a reward of €150.

6. Notification of Winners:

• Winners will be contacted via email within 14 days after meeting the conditions.

7. Exclusion from the Competition:

• The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the competition rules, provide false information, or otherwise cheat.

8. Data Protection:

• Personal data of participants will be processed in accordance with the data protection law. Participants provide their data voluntarily and consent to its processing for the purposes of the competition.

9. Changes to Competition Rules:

• The organizer reserves the right to change the competition rules or terminate it early. All changes will be published on the competition website.
