The customer can see all his courses in his customer profile located on the company’s website.
The courses are divided into the following categories:
- All courses for which the customer is registered and have not yet started
- All courses for which the customer is registered and have not yet finished
In the waiting list
- All courses for which the customer has registered and their registration is in Late Registration or Waiting List status
For one-off courses, it is not the registration status but the attendance status that is decisive. Registration for a one-off course always has a status of Registered. Whether a customer is on the waiting list or not is determined by their attendance record, which must be in an Arrived state.
- All courses for which the customer was registered and at the same time ended
- All courses in which the customer was on the waiting list. These are displayed for one year from the end of the group.
