Lamač in motion is a project that brings physical activities to a community of people from kindergarteners to seniors. The diversity of the project is also underlined by the fact that here you can find courses from martial arts to dance to basic physical activities for the little ones.
The project is located in a multifunctional space in Lamač in Bratislava, easily accessible to the wider area. The uniqueness of the project can be seen mainly in the professional approach of the professional instructors from the local university FTVŠ UK in Bratislava.
The project immediately impressed us with its complexity, diversity and the individuality of the people who make it up. His intention is to bring movement to people so that they develop and grow physically, and this naturally motivates us.
