A fixed number of entries
The client buys a set number of sessions. Every booking deducts one entry automatically, and Zooza checks the pass is valid before it confirms.
A client buys a fixed number of entries — ten sessions, say — and each booking takes one off the pass. Zooza keeps the count, hands the entry back when a session is cancelled, and shows the client what they have left. No spreadsheet, no arguing about how many visits are gone.
A pass is a product you define once. After that it runs itself — the balance moves as clients book and cancel.
The client buys a set number of sessions. Every booking deducts one entry automatically, and Zooza checks the pass is valid before it confirms.
Each pass carries a validity period, so an unused pass does not sit on your books forever.
The price can sit below the face value of the entries — which is exactly how a ten-pack becomes cheaper than ten single sessions.
If a client cancels a session, the entry returns to their pass. Nobody has to remember to correct it by hand.
In the booking form while they register, from their profile under an existing booking, or through an order-form widget on your own website.
Make a valid pass a condition of booking a programme, or simply offer it as one way to pay.
A pass is built as a product, so it uses the same payment methods and rules as everything else you sell.
Products → Create New Product. Set the credit value and which payment methods apply to it.
Add an item for sale and choose Entry Pass as its type. This is where the number of entries, the validity period, the price and whether it is mandatory get set.
Assign the pass to a class or a programme, so Zooza knows which sessions it covers.
Clients buy, book, and see a card on their home page with the pass name, entries remaining, expiry date and status — active, expired or fully used.
