Zooza connects to the tools your office already runs on.
Payments, invoicing, accounting, email, messaging and reporting — including the local accounting systems that an international platform usually ignores.
Some connectors are market-specific; each one says where it applies. If what you need is not here, the REST API is open and the widgets embed anywhere.
Payments
Take card payments and direct debits, and get the money matched against the right booking without retyping it.
- Stripe
- Card payments and wallets for class bookings, settled straight to your own Stripe account. ↗
- GoCardless
- Direct Debit for recurring class fees — mandates, collections and failed-payment handling. ↗
- GoCardless Bank Data
- Bank transfers matched to invoices automatically, instead of reading statements by hand. ↗
Invoicing
Issue invoices from the system that already holds the bookings — in the invoicing tool your accountant expects.
- Xero
- Course invoices, payments and customers synced into Xero. ↗
- SuperFaktura
- Invoicing for Slovak course providers, issued straight from Zooza. ↗
- Fakturoid
- Czech invoicing for class and course fees, without a second system. ↗
- Abra Flexi
- Invoices from bookings into Abra Flexi accounting. ↗
- SmartBill
- Facturi for Romanian activity schools, issued from the booking record. ↗
- Szamlazz
- Hungarian invoicing connected to course registrations. ↗
Accounting exports
When the accounting software has no live connector, the data still leaves cleanly — in the format the bookkeeper imports.
- Spreadsheet export
- Payments, invoices and registrations exported for any accounting package. ↗
- Pohoda
- Export for Pohoda accounting, so the bookkeeper imports rather than retypes.
- Omega
- Export for Omega accounting used by Slovak providers.
- MRP
- Export for MRP accounting.
Marketing & messaging
Reach parents where they read, and turn an enquiry into a booking without copying addresses between tools.
- Mailchimp
- Email campaigns to your Zooza client base.
- Ecomail
- Email marketing to your Zooza client base, widely used by CZ and SK providers.
- WhatsApp Business
- Class reminders and messages to parents on WhatsApp, from your own brand. ↗
- Slack
- Bookings, payments and enquiries pushed into your team’s Slack channel. ↗
- Meta Lead Ads
- Leads from Facebook and Instagram campaigns land in Zooza ready to follow up.
Reporting
Take the operational data out and put it next to everything else the business measures.
- Power BI
- Revenue, occupancy and attendance in your own Power BI dashboards. ↗
Website & media
Booking lives on your own site, on the platform you already publish with.
Not on the list?
The REST API covers the operational entities — registrations, classes, sessions, payments, attendance, clients — so a connector we have not built is one you can. The widgets embed into any site, and every integration example in the docs ships with working code.
Questions about connecting Zooza
-
Does Zooza connect to my accounting software?
Xero connects directly, and so do several local invoicing systems: SuperFaktura in Slovakia, Fakturoid and Abra Flexi in Czechia, SmartBill in Romania, Szamlazz in Hungary. Where there is no live connector — Pohoda, Omega and MRP among them — Zooza exports the payments, invoices and registrations in a form the bookkeeper imports instead of retypes. -
Which payment methods can parents use?
Card payments through Stripe, and Direct Debit through GoCardless for recurring class fees. Bank transfers can be matched against invoices automatically with GoCardless Bank Data. When you connect your own payment gateway, Zooza takes no cut of the transactions. -
Are all integrations available in every country?
No, and the list says which are not. The invoicing connectors in particular follow the local rules of the market they serve, so SmartBill is Romanian, Szamlazz is Hungarian, and Fakturoid and Abra Flexi are Czech. Payments, marketing, reporting and website integrations are not market-specific. -
What if the tool we use is not integrated?
Build it. The REST API exposes the operational entities with server-side credentials, the widgets embed into any site, and the documentation ships copy-paste examples — including a prompt for your AI coding agent. Most teams start from an example rather than from scratch. -
Do integrations cost extra?
The connectors on this page are part of the platform. What you pay to the third party — Stripe’s card fees, your GoCardless or accounting subscription — stays between you and them, because those accounts are yours.
Connect Zooza to the stack you already run.
Set up the connectors you need, export cleanly to the ones you do not, and build the rest on the API. Nothing about your accounting or marketing has to move.
