Baby Balance started in 2016, when founder Saša Ragas worked with around 300 clients and a few instructors. What began as a local brand focused on healthy psychomotor development for babies and young children has since grown into a multinational franchise with dozens of locations and partners across borders.
The challenge
At first, the needs were simple but intense: managing over 1,000 monthly inquiries from parents who wanted to know where and when to attend classes, which instructor they were assigned to, and how to reschedule or pay if their child was sick. The admin tasks were overwhelming.
As Baby Balance’s concept gained popularity, it started attracting entrepreneurs interested in franchising the brand. But franchising isn’t just about methodology—it’s about processes. Each new franchise inherited Zooza’s technology and ready-to-use systems.
